The story so far

Sorry everyone, its been so long since i've updated in text what's going in elowen's life. Real life us has been very busy in game so you got to forgive us when we don't (rather me, Andy) update as often as i should.

Anyways, lots has happened since i've updated the blog. Elowen finally owns a bright shiny Vermillion cloak, i think i traded 150 points on CL to get it. Its very pretty. There's a slight feeling of loss, 150 points is alot. I can't come on as often as some of the members on CL and 150 points means alot to me then to others. Moreso, CL has revised its policy on points. gods in Tu'lia are no longer worth 2P as they have been for so long. Instead, they are worth 1P only, so the rate of point gaining is significantly reduced.

Another thing as well... for 300P you can specify another "desired item" That is, you can lot for it and no one else can if it drops. Of course, if others also choose the same item you'll have to compete with them for the item but it'll be with few competitors so greater chance. All members on induction into CL are given a free "desired item" I did not know what the term was at that time. I told Shinobu that i wanted the Genbu shield as most "desired item" and in doing so forfeited a very important choice on a very very easily obtained item. Now i know why no one else lotted that day... What a foolish choice. Given time, i would have definitely got the shield. I wish i could explain to Shinobu but i don't think he'd accept it. He must have been amazed that i wanted such a lowly item as compared to a Scorpion Harness or Noble Tunic. Argh. In the process, i can't lot on Wrymic Abjuration: legs like Fullting and Dotty. I want to lot on it too! I want that to be my "desired item" not Genbu shield, it was a mistake! ; ; Kirin is so rare and the drop is so rare.... sigh.... Someone read this and help me! ^^;;;

I am also the proud owner of the Joyeuse sword, the legendary Charmalegne (sp), in my grasp at last. The credit goes to Ariel and Dotty for it (for me? I was the person that got it but it would have been impossible without Ariel's stubborness and Dotty's advice) The events leading to Charybdis's capture are so dramatic that when i tell the story i can't help but feel caught up in te excitement again. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, i'm that estatic about it. I'd help you enjoy the experience vicariously but i'm sure you're all not interested >.<

To cut a long story short. CL came in from all around Vana'diel to the Sea Serpent Grotto where Charybdis the siren (or Manta) popped. A samurai from PP i believe also saw it popped and indoubtedly notified his LS as well for when CL was trickling into Charybdis's lair they also spotted many of its members on their way as well. Needless to say, my heart was pounding hard against my chest and prayers were whispered continously. Soll, Dotty and I were there already but we couldn't handle Charybdis for more than few seconds. We're all casters! Azarde came first... he voked it! He didn't have any support but he did... Charybdiscut him down quickly and despite our combined healing he was taking far too much damage too quickly and would soon perish when suddenly, Minto burst into the scene and voked it too! Hate was passed to a fresh Minto and most of the crew arrived him her. It was touch and go for a moment but 20 percent in, Akuma and the bards burst into the scene and the match was sealed. Ninjas with dual mambos can take the swift attacks of Charybdis very well. I'd like to thank the following for coming to help me kill Charybdis, if they didn't i'm sure the other LS would have gotten him

3. Minto (For quick thinking and being there at the right place *at* the right time ^^)
4. Sollanon (He came immediately when i told him, thanks KC!)
5. Dotty (Giving me the tip that popped Charybdis and for being a super fast responder)

8. Akuma (For whose's presence inspired everyone, me too!)
9. Millchan ( For being there and encouraging me in the LS)
10. Kanox ( For being a super fast responder as well!)

I know most of the people over here will not be able to understand this very well but from the bottom of my heart.

Not only that, we got the Hornetneedle as well. Its a super fast dagger with a delay of 150. Very low damage but its very fast. With Haste on, it'll be perfect..... for skilling up dagger and turbo enspells. Ariel was the one that got the bee larvae. She's so lucky. I farmed for 2 hours with thief sub and didn't get it so i went to bed. The next morning, she does the same and gets it! I tell you... i'm very unlucky when it comes to drops. Dearie, you are sooo my lucky charm. Muack!

Now with dagger, sword and shield. The next is the moldavite earring dropped by Mysticmaker Profblix. I mananged to get him 3 times but he didn't drop it all 3 times. I think its because like i said... i'm very unlucky ; ; I want to start camping him soon... it will a good addition.
